If you have installed the Core Ultimate album, but it is not displaying in your library inside Sonicfire Pro, there may be an issue updating the SmartSound database. Please follow the steps below to rebuild the database (and reconfigure any custom folder locations) and it should fix the problem:
- Close Sonicfire Pro and navigate to the SmartSound directory on your hard drive:
Mac: Macintosh HD/Library/Application Support/SmartSound/
Windows: C:\ProgramData\SmartSound Software Inc\ - Open the "Libraries" folder in the SmartSound directory.
- Delete the "Local.ssdb" files from the Libraries folder
- Launch Sonicfire Pro 6 and see if the Core Ultimate album now displays in your library. Open the Preferences window and choose the Albums tab to make sure it is listed there. If you had a custom folder setup to store your .sds files, you will need to reconfigure it using the Folders tab of the Preferences menu.
If you still have trouble, try replacing the Master.ssdb file as well by following the steps found in this FAQ.
