The most common reason for audio issues is the use of 3rd party external audio devices. The initial release of Sonicfire Pro 6 does not support using an external audio device, though it is something that will come as we are able to test the new sound engine with these types of devices. Try changing your audio settings to use the internal audio or headphones and see if it fixes the problem. If not, also try closing any other audio based programs that might be running simultaneously to see if there is any conflict. If you still have trouble using the internal audio, please create a support ticket with more details.
